From the outside it looks a little like you're entering a block of offices or a small strip mall but the inside of the establishment is clean and professional looking. There is a small waiting room just inside the door and then a larger space for the electrolysis itself (behind a locked door so there aren't any privacy concerns). Michelle is professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable throughout the process.

If you are looking for electrolysis this is THE place to come. Michelle is quite simply the best there is in our area for this service. I mistakenly tried a very nice place in our area, the clinician was lovely and efficient, but she was pulling out hairs incorrectly and inadvertently making the problem worse. Michelle made a huge difference for me in one visit. I had no idea how important it was to have a very skilled person doing this, it is not the machine itself, technique REALLY matters. I'm not one to write reviews, but Michelle is just so good that I felt inspired to do so.
