I’m sure everyone at GSK is great, but Chris is who normally services our house and he is by far the best at what he does. He is friendly, personable, prompt, efficient, does the repairs quickly, explains everything so I can fully understand, and is very knowledgeable about every system we have. Beyond that, for example, he thinks through how the unavoidable delay of waiting for a part to come in can impact us and finds a temporary solution to make it right until the final repair can be done. It would have been far easier to say “you’ll just have to wait” but instead Chris always goes above and beyond to set us up with a solution. With service like this, GSK will always be our first call.
I have used High-Tech for the past 5 years, first for an installation job, and more recently for repair work. They are super responsive, professional, reliable and fair. I highly recommend their services.
We had a problem over a holiday weekend in winter. Frost had originally installed the well and pump decades ago, and we never had problems with the system, so I didn't have a recent relationship with the company. I called them on a Saturday out of the blue and Nick responded quickly and told us what we could do to try to solve the problem ourselves. Very helpful.
I didn't come here for a car detail, just for a u-haul. Really hot day and there were five customers waiting. A U-Haul truck had come back late and the owner was absolutely hustling to get it completely cleaned up inspected and ready to go for the next customer. He did not stop moving to get all six customers including myself taking care of in a timely fashion. Really nice guy, down to earth and very hard-working. The next time you have to wait a little while for a service, stop for a moment and consider who is making that service happen and how hard they are working. This owner certainly does!
The Wilson House is excellent and the lady who runs it isn't at all hard to look at.
