Fred’s Techs were OUTSTANDING! My new stove had a factory defect. They worked to identify the issues and were able to speak with the company I purchased it from. Within 15 minutes a new stove arrived and they had me hooked up safely, with a fully functional new stove. Very pleasant and respectful team in the Derby office!

I detected that one of our heating zones was not working when the thermostat called for heat. I finally got around to calling on a Friday afternoon at 3:00PM to schedule a time. This coming week being Thanksgiving and deer season meant it was not possible for a time, and the following week as well. Bob, the scheduler, said what about now? He checked on his top wiring problem solver Mark, who had just returned to HDQRTs after a full day, and dispatched him. Arriving at 3:30 he quickly diagnosed the issue as a mixing valve issue, but did not have the part.A call back to Fred’s found a nearby tech with the piece. Called Fred’s at 8am to fix my mother’s hot water heater.
Ema was all over it and sent Sam who had hot water heater running by 11:30 !! Crazy good service!
We went from being in hot water,
to having hot water!
