We were on vacation in Canada and the starter died on our motorhome. We drove back to Newport on a Sunday, bought a starter at the auto parts store and called Pepin's first thing Monday. He was able to install the starter by 9am and the rest of our vacation was saved. The rates are reasonable for a truck shop. Even more reasonable when you consider we were asking for the work to be done ASAP. I highly recommend Pepin's for RV/Moterhome repairs.
Cody is extremely good about trying to accommodate people and their schedules, he has picked up and dropped off my truck (close by Northpoint) to service it a few times. The crew is kind and courteous and everyone is always willing to help get you the answers you need.
We had our well drilled 22 years ago by Gosselin’s. It’s been perfect till about a week ago when the underground curb stop valve seized up. Gave them a call and they were there in about an our to change it out! Their two friendly, knowledgeable, skilled techs made short work of it in 22 degree weather. Would recommend GWW any day!
