We had a chimney fire and Tyler came out the very next morning; and by end of day we had air scrubbers running and the house was cleaned! Ironically we also had a pipe back up the very next week; Tyler sent out his people (very kind, polite and excelled at their work!) the next day to give the basement a good cleaning.
