Dr. Wool is great! First time patient and intake was easy for both me and my wife under my employers insurance. Thorough and efficient exam. Very patient and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend.

I love Dr. Wool! He spends plenty of time with you, is an expert at picking out glasses (my least favorite part of going to the eye doctor), and is honestly just a lovely guy! Highly recommended him.

I wish I could go back and find someone else as I kept feeling rushed during the exam and the selection of frames was abysmal...

I recently had an eye exam from Dr Wool at Colchester Family Eye Care. I was told I had to pay for my exam and would be reimbursed from Medicare. I was led to believe I would receive a check for the amount billed. See photo of invoice and highlighted amount to be paid back to me by Medicare. NOT the case. Dr Wool knowingly billed me more than the approved amount by Medicare because I was a new patient. Medicare only approves $143.70 of the $165.00 Second, Dr Wool knew only 80% would be reimbursed. I was not told this. I received a reimbursement $50 less than what I paid ! This a a GROSS misreppresentation.

Great experience with Dr. Wool. Spends plenty of time, gives great and honest advice, and a professional and thorough exam. A MUCH MUCH better experience than I have had with another Burlington optometry center.
