I met with Brent on a Friday morning who gave me a fair quote on the spot and by Wednesday of the next week, we had 4 heat pumps installed. Brent and Paul were exceptionally professional, honest, courteous and knowledgeable at what needed to be accomplished. They made recommendations and worked tirelessly to finish our job on time due to our prior commitments. There was one minor issue due to a manufacturing issue with one of the units that was quickly resolved since Coleman Plumbing & Heating keeps a hearty inventory of replacement parts and supplies.
