I met with Brent on a Friday morning who gave me a fair quote on the spot and by Wednesday of the next week, we had 4 heat pumps installed. Brent and Paul were exceptionally professional, honest, courteous and knowledgeable at what needed to be accomplished. They made recommendations and worked tirelessly to finish our job on time due to our prior commitments. There was one minor issue due to a manufacturing issue with one of the units that was quickly resolved since Coleman Plumbing & Heating keeps a hearty inventory of replacement parts and supplies. I am making my home more energy efficient so I used Coleman plumbing and heating for a new heat pump hotwater heater. The owner also recommended installing a heat pump for heat and cooling as well as they are not only energy efficient with a considerable rebate but will greatly reduce the use of oil heat ( It can also be used as an air conditioner in the summertime) I am so happy with both systems. Colemans made installation quick, thorough and easy. I would definately recommend!
