June was responsive via email and so kind and professional as I entered the shop. They made sure I was comfortable with the design and cost before next steps. Then they were patient and encouraging on placement. Chat during the tattoo was easy, respectful, and time flew by. Their intake paperwork includes pronouns and asks if you have any specific needs for care (like triggers) before starting the process.
