Everyone was very polite and professional. Communication was very efficient and everyone was very helpful. I have a one bedroom apartment which is quite spacious, and they cleaned it in a matter of a few hours to deep clean. Thank you to Lacey and everyone at this wonderful company!! I would highly recommend it and will be calling again in the near future. Great team effort

Lacey and her team are extraordinary, professional and most importantly, reliable. It is so difficult to find reliable , high quality cleaning. I have a cabin I AirB&B and it’s remote - and Lacey and Team have been consistent and just excellent in how they have gone above and beyond - I hate to recommend them because I don’t want them to get too busy for me ;-) but, it would too selfish of me not to highly recommend them - they are too good to be a secret.
I recommend them highly.

We should have known from the beginning that this wasn't going to be the best experience, they never sent us a quote after the first phone call, then when we reached out it was clear they forgot they even spoke to my fiancé. When they arrived they required a cash payment, which isn't a problem in itself, but they did not mention this previously (most people don't just carry hundreds of dollars in cash).Carpet cleaning was okay. They did do an excellent job in the bathrooms/kitchen. However, they did not clean one of the two bedrooms, just wiped down the baseboards and then ghosted us when we tried to contact them about it.
