“Best kept secret! My wife and I were members 10 years ago until we moved away. We’re back now and Snap is better than ever! Equipment is in great shape and most is still like new. The space for legs in the back and Rogue racks where that weird computer store used to be are an awesome addition, especially having gotten into CrossFit a few years ago. “I went to Lisa at Ultimate Fitness because another local groomer referred me. I went I. With back pain, mainly sciatica issues. I was hesitant, but I went because of the raving review she had. I got a massage and fascia release. The next day I was 75% better, and the day after the rest of my pain was gone. I’ve been back multiple times since and got my partner in on it also.
