Lacey is so great. I've not had my own hair done but brought two family members two months apart. I brought my Ukranian aunt to have her hair cut and she looks great. But also my aunt doesn't speak English and Lacey was so sweet to use the Google translate to speak with her and understand her needs and wants. We've seen doctors that don't do as much! Very grateful. The time before that was because my 13 year old just got a haircut elsewhere and it was absolutely not what she wanted and was in tears...
