Here's the TLDR: Living at the Redstone Lofts was not worth the 2k in rent/utilities/parking fees I spend each month.-I'll start with my most recent gripe before addressing all the other issues: possibly most infuriating of anything on this list, I spent several days deep cleaning the apartment before I moved out. Then, I received a letter informing me that my security deposit was not only going to be kept, but also that I owed the Lofts extra, because my apartment was not clean and had trash all over. Our team has worked on many improvements over the last 8 years and we would be happy to set up a meeting with you to learn about what your past concerns were, and to share with you the changes we have made."My review is regarding peers of mine who recently lived within a complex of yours for 2 years and moved out recently. They reported many the same issues I had during my experience 8 years ago as you pointed out. It would seem that not many improvements have been made.

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced!! STAY AWAY!!! They’ll take your money and don’t provide any service for your child. Wish I had know how bad this place is before signing a lease.
