“I booked an appointment to go from dark blonde to a cool blonde and was assisted by Carissa. She was incredibly kind and friendly throughout the entire process, carefully listening to all of my requests and suggesting the most suitable options without ever pushing her own preferences over mine.
The process took about six hours, but it was absolutely worth it! The blend and color turned out beautiful, and she was also very careful to keep my hair healthy and avoid unnecessary damage.
I would especially like to compliment her for staying after the salon's closing time just to patiently finish the job, taking all the time needed to complete everything properly without rushing.
