Great location and really nice selection. I had my engagement ring custom made here and the staff is super helpful and will walk you through the whole process. Prices are very fair and the quality is extremely high. Ill absolutely be coming back here for wedding bands.
Jacob repaired my necklace by crafting two very fine twisted metal attachments at the connecting points to replace the single ring attachments that it came with. A beautiful and quite lovely improvement. And he did it while I waited there and charged a very small fee. I'm really impressed and I go back to this store frequently because they also carry an ongoing collection of animal skulls and rocks and crystals. I bought a beautiful geode for my granddaughters and they are enchanted with it.
Jackie is AMAZING! It was an unanticipated rush job but she got it done for me. I am so happy with the results and so grateful to her for helping me out, even being honest that the replacement gem is too large (not her fault) and offered to help if any future problems arise. 10/10 service for both workers I met with
