Way above and beyond! After some calling back and forth on Friday afternoon, and getting crystal clear directions from Michaela over the phone, we got the septic tank open. After all that excitement was over, and in talking me through the next steps, Chad picked up the phone and asked where we were, paused, and said they were on the way. These are really nice people!Chad and Michaela did a bunch of different stuff, and got a pretty stubborn clog out of our line. All the time with good humor. After Happy Hour! On a Friday Night! We called C-W Septic a few weeks ago when our tank alarm was sounding. They arrived that day, were polite and professional, and answered all our questions before replacing our septic pump, which had reached the end of its natural life. This weekend, the alarm went off again and they were at our home by 9:30 AM on Monday, where they discovered that newly installed pump had been faulty and pretty much exploded. By 11AM another new pump was installed, the tank was pumped out, and we were fully informed by the technician of the status of the system and assured that he would be back within 48 to check on it. We are very happy customers!
