I have gained strength and balance since I started my Physical Therapy at Empowered Physical Therapy. Having a weak pelvic muscles and bladder issues made my life difficult. My pelvic floor is stronger than ever. When my back was spasming from lifting, dry needling along with exercises helped me tremendously with just two appointments. I highly recommend Empowered Physical Therapy, the therapists are thorough and respectful and very kind.

Dr. Kaitlyn knows her stuff! In 3 sessions she gave me all the tools I needed to continue my journey at home. Doing the exercises she gave me regularly at home has really helped me make huge improvements!

I had developed hip pain that was affecting my daily functioning, sleep and was preventing me from doing the things I enjoy. Kayla did a thorough exam, diagnosed the issue and took me through a progressive, highly individualized program. I'm 100% recovered and back to full function. I learned so much and I'm continuing to increase my strength. She doesn't accept insurance but there are good reasons for that which she will explain. Well worth the out of pocket. I won't hesitate to return if I ever have another issue!
