I was far from the ideal customer: confused, in a hurry, and with a shortage of experience in what I was trying to buy. Nevertheless, the owner was exceedingly communicative and helpful in finding a last-minute audio solution. Ed worked with me to figure out what I needed, and sold it to me at a reasonable price, with a generous return policy as well. For that reason, I highly recommend.
This is the second instrument I have bought from Ed , the owner. He is knowledgeable and treats a novice like me with as much respect as a pro! Yes , he is picky about how his instruments are handled because he cares ! Highly recommended !!!!
