We asked ARC Mechanical Contractors of Lebanon NH to help us deciding which Mini Split AC to install in our bedroom and we decided for a Heat Pump system (Mitsubishi Electric heat pump system). We are very happy with the advice they gave us.
They have been punctual and the work was done as scheduled. Also they were very considerate of our needs and came to start the work at the only time of day that was convenient for us.
Their mechanics did a wonderful job, besides being two very nice persons. And that goes also for the electrician who came at the time of the installation—we had chosen to have ARC Mechanical Contractors to hire the electrician of the Contractors' choice.

ARC sent an estimator to my home right away following my initial phone call. He answered my questions thoroughly and with care. A quote came within a few days and my new heat pump was installed within their estimated time. Everything was accomplished with ease. Through Efficiency Vermont's rebate program, I received a massive cost reduction. I highly recommend ARC Mechanical!
Excellent work by ARC in designing and installing three HVAC split units in our condo - two wall units and a ceiling cassette. ARC helped us through the HOA approvals and permit preparation, and the techs who did the install were proficient, thorough, and very courteous. We would highly recommend ARC for your HVAC needs.
