Great customer service, friendly and helpful. Will is especially kind, which makes my day. Fuel prices are high, so the kindness takes the edge off that! I also appreciate that the company delivers quickly and that I can pay at delivery versus paying ahead.

Congratulations Dead River! In this fast paced technological world we live in it has become all too easy and, unfortunately, all too "normal" for a consumer experiencing difficulty with the "conveniences" of an online application to get lost and/or disregarded while trying to purchase a product. For the past few years this has been my experience with your online environment as well. I have made numerous calls in the past and have been turffed off with assurances my problem had been rectified. Will was professional , efficient, well trained and knowledgeable and fun to talk to as he took a large payment and placed the payment towards my propane bill balance. Will also took and scheduled a 2nd payment for next month which will zero out my balance. Will works in Woodstock , VT Dead River office. I have similar experiences with Arnold from the St J office and Patty Heart from the N Haverhill office. Service managers and dispatch have been on call ad fair and gracious. The technician Dan came out in the middle of the night went my furnace stopped lady year and fixed the problem saving me thousands. I'm a heavy propane customer since 1999.
