Edit: went from five down to four stars because the minimum prebuy amount is 350 gallons. I have a small house and don't need that much, so I can't lock in a lower rate by prebuying for the winter unless I buy way more than I need. If they supported folks with smaller homes by dropping the minimum prebuy to 250 or 275 gallons, I would happily bump them back up to five stars“

“Amazing service!!! I am on automatic refill and noticed that my tank was almost empty. It turns out that Conti's had been trying to reach me during the summer to let me know that, according to state law, my tank needed to be inspected before delivery could be made. My landline was out of service for most of the summer, so they were unable to reach me. One evening, I called and left them a message, explaining that my tank was almost empty and asking them to call me when they opened so I could schedule a delivery. Chris called me back the next morning, and she was so kind and helpful. She explained why I hadn't received a delivery and offered to send an inspector out that same morning. The inspector arrived immediately and was very nice and informative. He inspected my tank, and I received a fuel delivery the same day. Exceptional service from everyone involved!!!“
