Rainbow Nails offers outstanding customer service and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff provides fantastic pedicures, eyebrow waxing, and massages, leaving customers feeling fabulous and relaxed. The salon also offers acrylic nails at a great price, with quality that matches its sister salon, Glamour Nails in North Adams. The chairs are new and feature excellent massaging functions. While there may be some language barriers with the staff, the service is overall satisfactory. The nail technicians do a great job with nails but may miss some requested services like callous removal. Despite this, customers leave with shiny, smooth nails and an overall positive experience at Rainbow Nails.
