I must preface my remarks by saying I am very picky and detail-oriented. I will accept nothing less than perfection. Pat is a very personable guy. We discussed the plan of action. After I hit a mammoth of a deer I called my insurance company to have the vehicle towed. Not knowing where to tow it I told the insurance agent to pick. He went for the one with the 5 star reviews and I can see why Autowerks consistently gets 5 stars. The service , communication and leg work along the way to getting my car back on the road was excellent. I highly recommend to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle to go here. If I ever hit a deer again I know where I’m getting my car towed to again. Top notch!

I had the privilege of working with Pat at Autowerks recently. I was rear ended in Albany and heard he was the best around so took my car to him in Bennington for my repairs. He handled everything perfectly and communicated every step along the way to me verbally. He found the best pricing on all the new parts, went to bat for me with the insurance company to get more for my repairs estimate and even detailed by car inside and out upon completion. The whole experience of getting hit and renting a car was so stressful however, the part about the car being repaired was so easy because of Pat.
