I do not usually take the time to review but I felt compelled, due to the poor customer experience. For me, it comes down to how you are made to feel. And boy, I did not feel welcome there. I agree with the previous reviewer that I felt like I was an annoyance. I was not offered any assistance or asked how I thought the alterations were, they could not have cared less. I had really wanted to like them as well. While the sewing was fine, the environment was not welcoming. Will not be coming back.

So last spring I had my wedding dress cleaned elsewhere and they did not tie the bottom. On my way out, it fell into a mud puddle. I was so upset that I drove away. When I got home I realized that they did not get the yellow spots out either. (this was bought on marketplace for my wedding) I looked up a place closer to home and found the Sewing Basket. When I picked it up from there, it looked brand new! Fast forward to this month. I accidently burnt the back of my beautiful SOIO AND KYO puffer long jacket. My husband bought me this in Woodstock. Great experience, they managed to squeeze me in three weeks before Christmas to get a leather jacket fixed, and explained everything very clearly and got it done a week before they estimated! Gave me an accurate price estimate before hand, which h was awesome. Would recommend!
