    I do not usually take the time to review but I felt compelled, due to the poor customer experience. For me, it comes down to how you are made to feel. And boy, I did not feel welcome there. I agree with the previous reviewer that I felt like I was an annoyance. I was not offered any assistance or asked how I thought the alterations were, they could not have cared less. I had really wanted to like them as well. While the sewing was fine, the environment was not welcoming. Will not be coming back.

    I’ve been going to The Sewing Basket for years and they’ve always done an excellent job. The service is consistently high quality, and I never have to worry about things being done right. Reliable, friendly, and a great local shop I highly recommend.
