Kalie was very friendly, found me a great car, and was very helpful answering my questions. She reached out afterwards to make sure I knew how to set up the MyMazda app, and her and Tyler communicated well via text (my preferred method). Kalie also spotted the sunglasses I almost left in my old car, thanks!
