I've been to 6 or 7 optometrists in my life and Spring Creek is the best. The initial exam was the most thorough I've ever had. Because of demanding changes to my prescription, we had some challenges, but the staff went above and beyond to meet them. They are professional, cheerful, and have a great attitude. I heartily recommend them.
My husband was able to get an appointment quickly.
Dr. Easton was very thorough with the eye exam. She explained everything and answered all our questions without rushing us out the door.
We were able to order my husband's glasses and they came in fairly quickly. He hasn't had any issues with them.
All the staff were nice and helpful. We will definitely continue to see Dr. Easton! |
I really like Dr. Easton a lot. She is so friendly and she makes eye exams seem like fun. HOWEVER, I am not happy with my glasses and they won't allow me to return them. Evidently, this policy was stated in their paperwork before the exam but I didn't read it all. They did redo the lenses once and that was an improvement, but I am still having trouble reading with them and I keep returning to my old glasses to read. I will not be returning.
