They did not care how many times I called them and the surgeon patiently answered all of our questions. Raya even made some new friends ? I cannot say enough good things about PARC. They were so kind and supportive. Our Luna's body just was so tired and she was suffering. I was able to contact my husband and we made the decision to let her go. He was able to get our kids on video chat, so they could say their goodbyes. They gave me time and space to do that and I am so grateful. I was such a mess that I didn't remember, where I would come to pick my girl up when she was ready to come back home. “They have taken great care of my puppy. Granted she is 9 months old with a weight of 43 pounds, she is still my puppy. Yesterday she went in for surgery, she was spade. The girls who take her into the building and bring her back out are very nice. The Dr called me as soon as the surgery was over and let me know how she was doing. I couldn't pick her up until about 5 hours later because she had to completely wake up. I would recommend this business to anyone with a pet.“
