After getting several estimates to convert a garage to a utility room at a home of ours in Tabb,VA, we settled on Total Home Improvements to complete the job and we were very very satisfied with the results. Kenny Brown, our sales representative, along with Garry John and Berry Ballard, the construction team, and the office staff were outstanding and very easy to work with. The entire team was courteous, experienced, professional, and prompt. We were kept appraised of the status and schedule of the project, and it was completed in a timely manner. Total Home Improvements renovated our master bathroom and our kitchen. We chose to have both projects running simultaneously so we were in it for the long haul. Matt was our design/sales consultant and Jason was our project manager. Every professional who contributed their skills to this job was courteous, did excellent work, and cleaned up when they finished their part. We also had Brandy as our selection specialist. I call her our personal shopper. Her input and expertise was so helpful and shopping with her was fun! We definitely are pleased with the results from this company and recommend them without reservation.
We had previously used Total Home several years back when a tree feel on our house. So Kenny Brown from Total was who we thought of to do our bathroom renovation. They did an amazing job. Jason was there to explain every step along the way. Turned out better then we thought. Will use Total Home again for any future project.
