I have never needed PT before and I feel so lucky to have been able to be seen here! I worked with several of the staff members over the course of my PT and they were all phenomenal. I really feel like they celebrated my success and wellness with me as I gained strength. They are very through and sweet! I never have to wait past my appointment time and the front desk ladies are all kind and courteous as well even when I had to mis an appointment for a family emergency. Special shout out to my girl Elizabeth for being so amazing every week!

I’ve had a really positive experience here after a long and frustrating journey with back and sciatic nerve pain. From the start, Leslie and Nicole Baker (the supervising PT) have been incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They clearly understand disc and nerve-related conditions and have been very thoughtful about easing me into an extension-based program at an appropriate pace.

I followed Dr. Leavey from Riverside Suburban to this practice because of how genuine and caring she is. When I walked in to Kiln Creek Primary Care I was blown away by how spotless, modern and spacious the waiting room was. The reception area looks great and is well equipped for the girls on the desk. Their customer service was second to none, both in person and over the phone. Thank you Tamika for your help scheduling an appointment and helping with the paperwork! It's hard to find a doctor and nurse who actually care for your well-being and won't rush you. Nurse Barbara is lovely, and Dr. McAleer-Leavey is the best; compassionate, knowledgeable, respectful, patient and friendly. You can count on these two and all the staff at Kiln Creek to look after you, which is exactly what you want and need as a patient.
