I moved here from Texas. Nail salons are a bit different here Newport News than Texas. I grew up here 50 years ago. Han persists at being detailed and he has done a great job on my dip-in and pedi, every time. The salon is clean and the staff is knowledgeable. My nails look fantastic this week.Services: Nail art

So I am half and half about coming here I come here and normally see only one lady and that’s the owner. If I see anyone else besides her I just don’t get that good customer service experience. I came one time and the owner wasn’t there to do my eyebrows but because I didn’t feel like waiting I let someone else do them and they were ok but not my usual how they are done. When I went to pay I didn’t leave a tip and the lady seemed like she had a real issue and turned her back on me and everything and got bad vibes. VERY sweet people, but they didn’t seem to do anything as good as I had hoped. Massage chair was broken. Tv was terrible. Lotions have such a wide range of smells it really wasn’t relaxing. Started with a sugar scrub that smells like a urinal cake, lavender lotion, aloe baby oil, clay was salty smelling, hot towel overwhelming laundry softener. Eyebrow wax didn’t even go all the way to edge of brow so I’ll have to do at home. They do have a different wax cleanser that shouldn’t make you break out, but won’t know til later. Price was cheaper than most places. They were very nice and I got in quickly with no appointment. Likely will try somewhere else.
