I had a pretty good experience here overall! I got a gel pedicure and was really happy with how clean and hygienic everything was. Everyone was super friendly, and I really appreciated how upfront they were about pricing and add-ons. I never felt like I was going to get hit with unexpected charges at the end. I got there around 5:10, and they were very reassuring that it was completely fine if my appointment went past their 6:30 closing time since they had three people working with customers when I came in.

We live in Norfolk and our dog had to have surgery so we spent the day in Yorktown. Found this cute little spot and they were wonderful!! If I lived on this side of the water I would definitely make this my go to nail spa!! Will be back if we're ever back on this side!!! Thank you so much!!
I walked in to get a pedicure, I was looking for a place because where I had made an appointment somewhere else she told me they were 30 to 45 minutes behind, like my time didn't matter. Anyway walking into Lux Nail Spa made me feel so much better, thanks to Ms. Cathy who did my pedi. And I got polish change from Tyhda. Thank you both for making my evening better than when I walked in.
