I've been plagued with neck pain and headaches for months. At the suggestion of my doctor, I had my first massage yesterday and it made an immediate difference. I'll admit to being awkwardly shy about the whole thing, but it worked out very well. Admittedly, it's not something I can afford to do often, but I'm already booked for a second visit. I highly recommend this business and look forward to my next session.
If I could give 10 stars, I would! Trena is absolutely amazing. I broke my back when i was younger and am still very active today, so I've tried many massage therapists over the years, and nobody has ever matched Trena. I obviously have a lot of complications, and she is very specific to the areas that need it. She asks every time what's bothering me, and she remembers the things that help me most. She also does the back walking, and it's magical for my shoulders. Her prices are fantastic, she's very easy to talk to, annnd she goes above and beyond during our sound healing time as well! Great vibe and very cozy space. 10/10 recommend.
