Dr. Hamouri and her staff are so awesome and kind. They are flexible with my schedule and gentle about my mouth. I’ve never been a fan of the dentist, but they made me feel Comfortable and took care of me. I definitely would recommend!

I want to start by saying how much I truly appreciate Dr. Hamouri. I’ve been a patient here for many years, and she has always done what’s in the best interest of my dental health. Her assistants have also consistently been kind, professional, and welcoming.
That’s why it’s so disappointing to say that I’ll unfortunately be looking for another office. As someone who has paid out of pocket for years without insurance, I’ve always valued transparency and respectful communication. Recently, with the new office manager, my experience has changed. When I try to ask questions or get clarification, I’m often talked over and made to feel rushed, which makes it difficult to fully understand my care and costs.
This shift has made the practice feel more focused on money than patient experience, which is disheartening given how positive my experiences have been in the past. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I genuinely respect Dr. Hamouri and the clinical team.

I went in for a routine cleaning and did not receive what I understood to be a dental exam. However, my insurance explanation of benefits shows that an exam was billed. When I tried to get clarification, I didn’t receive a clear explanation.
This raised concerns for me about billing transparency and communication. I recommend others confirm exactly what services are being performed and billed during their visit.”

Don't understand why you have to pay before work is done, sometimes weeks ahead,or why they just assume you want a fluoride treatment without asking. Have to give serious consideration as to whether or not to return.
