I recently had my nails done here, and my experience was mixed. The overall design was pretty, but I was disappointed with the French tips and the gold outline. The French tips were uneven, and the gold outline wasn’t as clean and crisp as I had hoped based on the inspiration photos I showed.

What made it more disappointing was that I saw another nail technician in the salon doing beautiful, sharp French tips on another client, so I know the salon has technicians who can achieve that look.

I got a fairly thorough pedicure. I get calluses quickly and the tech did a pretty good job on them. Nice long massage. The place wasn't as busy as usual when I got there. It has been remodeled since I was there last. Different payment options because of the credit card fees.

I had been going to this salon for five years as they do an excellent job every time. Until recently, My tech was running 35 minutes late For my appointment. She had an appointment after mines. The manager called the customer to let her know, my tech was running late. Shouldn’t have been an issue.
She took her time with my manicure. When she saw she was coming close to the time For her next appointment, she rushed through my pedicure. I politely asked her if she could slow down and provide me the service I deserved. I even told her she could delegate the task to another technician if that suited her better.
