I hired BUDS to install an air conditioner. Their salesman/estimator (Pat) was prompt, no pressure, honest, professional, courteous, friendly and responsive. The 2 young installation technicians (Zoie & Aiden) arrived on-time, were courteous, professional, Introduced themselves, described the job, answered all my questions, went straight to work and finished on-time. It was refreshing to see these 2 young professionals do their job with a business-like, friendly & professional attitude. All three of the BUDS employees that I interacted with were outstanding.

I always use Bud's when I need a job down quickly, professionally, and for a fair price. I had a very difficult electrical problem that took a great bit of ingenuity to solve. The head technician, Shawn, was phenomenal in troubleshooting a solution and not giving up. He was highly knowledgeable and professional and explained the situation very well. The other team members Julian, Carlos, and Nick were outstanding, highly professional, and worked to ensure the job was done correctly. The price was extremely fair for the amount of trouble the technicians had to go through.
