I have lived in Hampton for almost 15 years. I have tried many many nail salons, but I think I finally hit the right one. When I walked in, I was made greeted by an extremely polite young lady told me I only had to wait a few minutes and she would have a tech there do my nails. She called in a young lady name, Rachael and I am so happy that she did. I have found my forever nail person. Rachael explained the nails that I had on and why they felt so heavy she repaired my nails she told me step-by-step. What was going on and what she was going to put on my nails and why I have never had such great attention to my nails came out beautiful. They feel wonderful and I have found a new friend for life. I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm sorry if anybody has ever thought that they had a bad experience. I don't see how it could be possible these people are just so real and their business, you really feel like you are important.
I recently visited and had an outstanding experience! The place was exceptionally clean, with a fresh and inviting atmosphere that made me feel comfortable right away. The customer service from Mariah was top-notch; she was incredibly friendly and made sure I was well taken care of from the moment I walked in. They were punctual and respected my appointment time, which I really appreciated. Love my nails and even after a week still look good! Overall, it was a delightful visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
I don't get my nails done on a monthly basis but I met Mariah, my nail tech, never had a nail tech I preferred to go to, she is just an incredible soul, so I've been going back more often than usual. It's a cute & clean salon & they are appointment only, which means it's not crowded, which I never knew adds to the experience being more positive. The business owner is a retired military woman, if that matters to you, so yes they also do a military discount. Love my nails whenever I decide to treat myself. Sorry, I'm a minimalist when it comes to nail designs, mostly because I'm military. However, Mariah also does my mother's nails & she always brings an inspo pic for Mariah. My mother always loves the outcome of her nails.
