We woke up to no heat on a very cold day. Baker came the same day at the appointed time. Very kind receptionist, very knowledgable technician, very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
Showed up on time, called ahead which I appreciated. Fast, honest, affordable. Fixed my refrigerator issue quickly. Grady was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely deal with this company again!
So I read all the bad reviews and almost didn't call them. My fridge stop cooling and they came out a few hours after the call to take a look. After a few minutes here, he said it was the compressor. Everything on the fridge works, just not cooling. I went to get my wallet to pay him the service fee I was told about when I made the call. He said, no need to pay me, we didn't do much. I could not believe he drove to my house, diagnosed the issue and didn't charge me a dime. If I have issues with appliances in the future, Baker Appliance is going to be my first call.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
