About Southwest Podiatry

Southwest Podiatry provides excellent wound care and podiatry treatment. The staff at the Wytheville Office is patient, kind, and caring. Everyone goes above and beyond, and the person on the phone is super nice. Dr. Brett Burton is a very knowledgeable and thorough physician with excellent bedside manner who sincerely cares about his patients. He has called patients multiple times after hours and even gave out his cell phone number in case of complications after a procedure. Dr. Pearman is also great. The practice successfully treated a severe case of plantar fasciitis, getting feet feeling normal again after months of treatment. Patients who could not get in to their former podiatrist for 8 weeks got in with these folks and were very satisfied and highly encouraged by their treatment. The nurses in the office provide a great experience. Highly recommend this practice for great podiatry care.

I have had a very complicated journey with my feet. I had a severe case of plantar fasciitis set on very quickly that I didn't attend to. It took months of treatment but they got my feet feeling normal again and I am forever grateful for that. I live a very active lifestyle and being able to walk without pain is such a gift.
