I would like to give A HUGE shout out to R&R Septic out of Wytheville. I called them Friday evening and they said they would come to pump my septic tank today. They also said they would call when they were heading our way. Not only did they do exactly that, but when they got held up with a problem with their truck, they called to let me know they would be later than they thought! That's what I call customer service!!!! He came, he did the job, he was very nice and friendly AND he charged exactly what they quoted me Friday! If y'all need septic work, please give them a call. You won't be sorry.
Great Staff! I definitely recommend this business to those that require or need their type of services! I recently had my Septic Tank replaced and new Field Lines put in and I am very satisfied with the services provided. Everyone that I met and talked to were very nice and very professional. Just good down to earth people. Big thanks to Tony, Tator, and Travis for staying in contact with me and explaining every step of the project and having enjoyable conversations! Lori, thank you for your politeness and professionalism in person and on the phone. Aaron, you have a great team, keep up the great work!
Called the office for a pump and inspection to our house we were moving into. They did the service very fast and very professional company will use them again in a year when we have our septic pumped again.
