i got them to paint a flower on my nails, it looks literally nothing like the picture (inspo picture is the last one) they only charged me $10 so i guess in a way i got what i paid for but i would not recommend anyone to go and get any designs that are more than simple. everyone was nice and everything was clean, just not artistic.

Went and got my nails done yesterday (which I rarely do) and had the best experience!!! Luisa was amazing as was the girl who did my pedicure. I feel like I’ll be going much more frequently now after finding this places and receiving such amazing care.

I have been coming here for the past 4 years for my homecoming and prom nails and have never had a problem until today. I made an appointment on Saturday for today, Wednesday at 2, I get here at 1:55 and decide to go in and I tell them I had an appointment for 2 and he doesn’t see my name in the book so asks a lady doing nails if he knew about my appointment and she proceeds to ask what I needed done and I said pedicure and acrylic nails and she tells me in a hateful voice and look that it was going to be a long wait did I mind and continued doing nails, the guy comes back up while I’m going to sit down and says an hour wait, I said an hour? And it was 1:56 at the time so I said 3? He says probably 3:15. So I leave and come back at 3:15 and I am still not being helped and two other ladies came in that got told to come back as well I’m guessing, got told it would be another 2 hours for them while they have 2 people in the chairs. I don’t ever make bad reviews but this is honestly unacceptable when I called 5 days prior for my appointment for my prom this weekend and I can’t be helped after being told to come back an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time and still sitting here waiting and more people are coming in while I’m currently sitting here and telling them they’d like pedicures and aren’t turning them away. I finally got them done and it is now 5:22 while I was there, multiple people came in without appointments and got immediately helped. As a customer for the past 4 years I’ve never had this happen but to be there for over 2 hours after being told to come back already, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
