They delivered flowers to my Mom in the hospital on Christmas Eve and the bouquet was above and beyond what I expected. They got there early in the day and the flowers were fresh and just beautiful. Could not be more pleased. Thank you!

I came in yesterday and ordered flowers for a visitation/funeral for Lucy Clark. Because several others had already ordered funeral baskets, I opted for a vase arrangement. I don't know what the baskets cost, but I spend more than $100 and, when I saw the arrangement last night, I was sorely disappointed. Just a random bunch of stems jammed into a glass vase with no apparent theme or color. Really uninspired. I had expected more.

I have been coming to Valley Florist for years and I couldn’t be happier. I order flowers from them at least once a month for all kinds of things—just because, for a birthday, a coworker retired etc. they always just absolutely nail it and the staff is so friendly! Especially the young ladies Cora and Madeline. I’m including a photo of the most recent order I made for my husband’s 30th. I especially love their dish gardens; and the full-sized lilies they use are just perfection.I wish I had a picture of the dish garden I ordered a few months ago but that was a gift for a friend’s death and I don’t have a picture.

I've always used Valley Flower but this time I was disappointed. Wasn't going to leave a review but when I called to voice my disappointment, they were defensive. I was thinking they would respond totally different to my disappointment. His response was they don't get complaints. They have always done a great job and said I would still use them. Don't think so. Wow!
