Care First Medical PLLC offers comprehensive urgent care services, including treatment for minor illnesses and injuries. The staff are wonderful people who truly care. They are exceptionally nice and friendly, incredibly efficient while still being patient and attentive. They go above and beyond, and are so kind, caring, and sweet. The staff truly listen to concerns and make patients feel heard and cared for every step of the way. If you have children, they go above and beyond to help keep them entertained. Patients always have timely and courteous experiences on each visit. All concerns are dealt with, and patients never feel rushed. The staff takes time to explain things and answer questions, and will even follow up with phone calls to make sure patients are doing better. They even stayed late after hours to ensure a patient was okay. Patients are happy to have the staff to help them in time of need and highly recommend Care First Medical.
Diane is the best Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner around! I have seen her for myself and both of my kids. I didn't feel rushed at all, and still, the wait time was very reasonable. The waiting room is very nice, even has snacks! Which can be very helpful with kiddos. The facility is clean, all the staff are lovely, knowledgeable, and kind. Best place you wish you didn't need!🩵
The staff at Care First Medical are wonderful people who truly care. Diane takes the time to explain things and answer questions. She takes her time and will even follow up with phone calls in the following days to make sure that you are doing better and don’t need anything. They even stayed late after hours to make sure I was okay after being given IV fluids and shots for migraine. They truly do care.
