I recently had the pleasure of working with T. Elliott Heating & Air, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I contacted them, Tyler, the owner, provided exemplary service. He took the time to thoroughly explain the HVAC system requirements, distinguishing between necessities and unnecessary add-ons, unlike other companies I've dealt with who seemed focused solely on upselling. Mr.Elliott and his crew are amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any ac/hvac work to be done. I had them replace the entire unit at my house and they were on time and very nice. In addition I’ve had one or two problems after the fact that were covered by warranty and they have addressed all things in a VERY timely manner. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate a reliable and honest local hvac company.
Sales: Explained in detail the different options available, pros & cons of each, and patiently answered all of my questions. Installation: Came prepared and professionally worked through some unexpected issues encountered during installation.
