My husband and son needed their suits dry cleaned for a wedding on Labor Day weekend. I’d never used them before but my husband had. Not only was the customer service absolutely courteous but their service was top notch. The suits were ready at the same time although they were brought in at different times (previous day and early morning) They had no idea, of course we were from the same family. When I went in to pick up both suits not only was service fast but again the customer service was very courteous as well. I’ll be back!

The same way you ask for a review Zips can place a 30 day notification to the customer of there cleaning is ready for pickup.
When I went to Zips to pick my clothes up, my comforter bag was on the floor and the plastic was very dirty.
