The service was absolutely Outstanding! The reply to my estimate email was prompt. The call in advance of the team's arrival to stretch the carpet was as promised. The team, Will and Dante arrived exactly as indicated in their call. The introduced themselves and went right to work. Their work was Outstanding! The team was professional and really cared about what we the customer needed. And the price was equally Outstanding. I would highly recommend Virginia Carpet and Cleaning.
We needed carpet stretching in 2 rooms for our 6 year old carpet which had developed ridges (a dangerous trip hazard). The repairman arrived on time and completed the work quickly. When we asked if he could also clean the carpet since the furniture was already out of the rooms, he made room for us in his schedule. The carpets look and smell great and there are no more ridges. We will use the company again!
I hired Will to do some repairs for a client of mines. I use him all the time to fix rugs for me. He is prompt and really fair price. From another professional to the next. I will recommend Will to anyone that is looking for great work. Dont be fooled by low offers. I used the someone like that for a month or so, and had to let him go as a vendor- he was cheap and quality was always a re-do. But anyways use Will, I do all the time
