Top Nails

Top Nails is a nail salon that receives mixed reviews from customers. Many appreciate the quality of the services, particularly praising a nail technician named Vivian for her excellent work with gel nail polish, which lasts up to three weeks. The salon is noted for its cleanliness and efficiency, making it a go-to spot for those who dislike long waits. Customers also mention that the prices are reasonable, with basic pedicures offered at affordable rates.

However, some customers express concerns about the staff's behavior, suggesting that they gossip in their language while serving clients, which detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, one customer had a disappointing experience with a quick manicure that did not meet expectations, leading to a lower rating due to the rushed service. There is also a mention of a credit card charge that some find inconvenient. Overall, Top Nails has potential with its skilled technicians and clean environment, but improvements in customer service and consistency are needed.
