I had a bad experience with a tint company in Waldorf Maryland. After taking my vehicle to them to fix the tint three times I decided to try somewhere else. The Tint Shoppe was recommended and I went there on Friday, October 30, 2020 and spoke with Jose who was nothing but professional from the moment I walked into the door. I explained to him my issue, he offered a solution and not to mention he offered a great price! I went back on Saturday with more questions and I spoke with Pablo who was also very professional and was aware of my situation. Luckily for me they had an opening! They removed the tint that the other company did which was horrible and re-tinted my entire vehicle! They took time and care with my NEW car to ensure that they did not damage the defrost lines on the back window. Both of these gentlemen were very attentive, courteous and understanding regarding my anxiety on how my vehicle was looking. They told me that I would be very happy with their work. Needless to say, they were absolutely correct!!! I love my vehicle! They did an awesome job! Wish I new about the Tint Shoppe first!! I highly recommend this company! YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!
A happy and definitely very satisfied customer!
