I knew as soon as I stepped foot onto The Ospreys that it was the place I wanted to get married. The venue is so beautiful, and there’s such a warm, loving energy throughout the space. Johana was assigned as our day‑of coordinator, and she was incredibly sweet, professional, and truly kept everything running seamlessly. She helped me make key decisions with the setup, including the memorial table, welcome table, and the draping of the pergola, and she was always responsive whenever I had questions leading up to the wedding.
When the wedding day chaos hit and I realized I forgot to print my vows, Johana printed them for me and had them ready before I walked down the aisle. That kindness meant everything. Johana is truly fit for this role. Managing emotions, timelines, and family members is not an easy job, and she handled all of it with such ease and grace.
The Ospreys is such a gorgeous venue on its own overlooking the water, and thanks to Johana’s care and attention, our wedding day was truly beautiful and unforgettable. We are so glad we chose The Ospreys for our special day. 💙

Our coordinator Johana was so incredible. She was so kind, attentive, organized, and made sure everything was taken care of. If anything went wrong behind the scenes, we certainly didn’t know about it and could not tell one bit. That is a true testament to how amazing Johana and her team was.
The entire venue was spotless, everything we choose to use from the decor inventory was set up beautifully, and every detail was executed exactly how we wanted it. We truly felt taken care of throughout the entire day.

Our daughter got married here on August 8th and it was a hugely successful day. Tori, our wedding coordinator, was such a professional and kept everything moving smoothly. She was such an asset in the planning process and I felt completely assured that we were in good hands. The venue is clean and their staff is very experienced and efficient. I need to give a shout out to Vanessa as well for her help with the flowers. Thanks to Tori, Vanessa, and the staff at the Ospreys for making the wedding and reception so easy and problem free. Our guests were very impressed and had a great time!
