My kids and I were traveling from Hampton, VA to DC when my car decided to have an issue 50 miles from getting to our destination. I was not sure where I should try to take my car to be looked at and repaired, but I know I needed to find somewhere fast. I stopped at one auto repair shop and asked a young man if he could be of help to my situation, but he informed me that he could not. He then referred me to go to Rafa's which I took his advice and did go because I would have been stranded in Woodbridge for the night. You can just tell, by their knowledge, the immediate willingness to help, and how apparent it is that so many people trust this shop and Rafa with their cars. The first thing Rafa said to me was a clear cut answer about my legal rights for a dealership issue I asked him about. His transparency was exactly what I was searching for.
