I visited the practice due to some weird shoulder/arm weakness. Lewis meticulously evaluated and worked on me. He was genuinely interested and dedicated to how to best fix my issue, and was really thorough in explaining how and why he was doing what he was doing. He ended up helping me diagnose a super rare nerve issue, for which I was able to get help on time to fix it.
